Chicken breast 74%, shortening 10%, wheat flour 5%, melange 5%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, pressed baker's yeast, table salt) 5%, salt, ground black pepper.
Method 1: Cook the cutlets in a deep fryer according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer, or heat a deep frying pan, and add vegetable oil (approximately ½ of the cutlet should be submerged). The oil should boil but not burn. Put the cutlets in hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown for around 3-5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 390 F. Place the deep-fried cutlets in a baking dish, put it in the oven, lower the temperature to 350 F and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Method 2: Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet, place it in the oven preheated to 320 F and bake for 40-50 minutes until cooked through.
